Most banks and lenders want a valuation of fishing boats or other types of boats when purchasing or selling. We can estimate the market value of the boat based on our knowledge of the market by trading similar vessels of size and age.

For the preparation for valuation, we need to be informed, among other things of:

  2. Fishing number (if this is a fishing vessel)

  3. Call Sign

  4. Year

  5. Length:, width: (in meters)

  6. Tonnage

  7. Type of boat

  8. Hull material

  9. Propulsion machinery, type of engine, size, year (number of engine hours and newer overhauls, if any)

  10. Type of gear (size and year)

  11. Type of propeller system

  12. Electrical equipment (generator sets, batteries, chargers, converters, voltage 24V / 230V)

  13. Electronic equipment (sonar, radar, autopilot, etc ... types and years)

  14. Tire equipment/tire machinery (crane, winch, winch, cheating machines, containers…. Types / year.

  15. Furnishing (how many cabins/bunk beds, seating, sanitary room, oven, ... etc.)

  16. Load compartment (size/hood)
